Steal an Egg update log: what changed, when, and where it is documented

Dates are the Roblox API's timestamps or the wiki revision that documented the change. A wiki edit date is the date the change was written down, not necessarily the day it went live.

The wiki page describes a zone that transforms every night, alternating between an Angel theme and a Demon theme, each with its own eight pets, and a rare Merged form that combines both with extra luck while active. The speed requirement is 20,000,000,000 — nearly three times Titan Temple's 7B — and there are separate Angel and Demon guardians. A Secret Shrine is mentioned as hidden inside the biome.

Sixteen pets were named on 13 September 2026 — Light: Light Dove, Winged Lamb, Sacred Moth, Holy Peacock, Pure Jellyfish, Centaur, Pegasus, ArchAngel; Darkness: Flame Sprite, Toro, Imp, Demon Hound, Gargoyle, RazorFang, Skeleton Horse, World Burner — and none had an infobox with income or rarity. By the 12 October 2026 read the zone page listed eighteen, adding two Secret Shrine fusions: Equinox (Pegasus plus Skeleton Horse) and Aetheron (ArchAngel plus World Burner). At that read seven had infobox pages, Aetheron's only a draft, and the rest took their figures from the zone page's pet cards. Incomes on the cards run from $225K/s (Light Dove, Flame Sprite) to $5B/s (ArchAngel, World Burner), with Aetheron at $10B/s. The wiki disagrees with itself on both fusions: Equinox is $2.6B/s on its card and $1.8B/s on its infobox, Aetheron $10B/s on its card and 6.9B/s on its infobox (re-read 21 October 2026). The pets hub lists all eighteen.

The largest documented addition: timed Overlord fights every 30 minutes for Boss Tokens, a Boss Shop with temporary boosts and a Mutation Shard with a 10 % chance to work, a Boss Mastery track with Fractured-mutation eggs, a Rift Sacrifice (three random pets for one Rift Egg), and three banners — Riftborn, Riftbeasts, Shattered Rift — rotating roughly every three hours. The wiki lists seventeen Rift pets (sixteen infobox pages plus Shattered Colossus, whose figures come from the wiki's pet data module), topped by Shattered Colossus at $3.5B/s. Update 6 later replaced the Rift Trade-In Machine with Dr. Scramble's Laboratory. The Rift guide has all of it.

Forty pets in the site's data, at the 12 October 2026 read, hatch from event and limited eggs rather than zone nests, from Tung Tung Sahur ($100/s) to Skeletal Sabertooth ($9B/s) and Mecha Scrambler ($7.5B/s); on 13 September the wiki tagged twenty-three pets with the Event biome, topped by the Mecha bosses (Mecha Dreadscale $4B/s). The wiki's own pet data module lists more limited-egg pets with no filled infobox, among them Mecha Chompa ($600M/s) and Luminous Cthulhu ($6.5B/s), whose wiki pages carry only an empty infobox. The Eggs page says event and limited eggs come only from the Store or special events such as Admin Abuse, never from nests. Three mutations came with the earlier events: Parasite (×3) from the Parasite Egg in the feeding event, and Spirit Bloom (×2.5) and Bloom (×1.25) from the Sakura Incubator and Sakura event. The wiki does not date those events; the mutation page that records them was edited 9 September 2026. The Dr. Scramble event followed in two parts. The wiki's Dr. Scramble Event page (created 19 September 2026) describes drone raids every 30 minutes, a Samples currency and an Experiment Shop that sells the Scrambled mutation (×2.75, 10 % chance per application) for 475 Samples. Dr. Scramble's Laboratory (created 27 September 2026) adds three egg banners, which the wiki's egg data names Biohazard, Experimental and Unstable (the Laboratory page calls the third Unstable DNA) and fills with 15 pets. The Updates page also says 15; the Laboratory page itself says 22. The pet data module (rev 2636, read 25 October 2026) adds a sixteenth Biohazard Egg pet, Hazardhog, which has no wiki page.

The wiki's In-game doom-scrolling page records an update that let players watch AI-generated and TikTok-sourced clips on a huge phone while on the Reels. It was removed by Roblox between 24 and 25 August 2026, and the page quotes the YouTuber KreekCraft calling the removal 'the most good thing Roblox has done'. It is the only documented case of a Steal an Egg feature being pulled by the platform rather than the developer.

From creation on 25 July 2026 to 13 September 2026 — fifty days — the Roblox API reported 2,969,352,424 visits, 3,693,697 favourites and 2,000,966 concurrent players at the time of reading. The developer group, 'and Collect Rare Pets', had 59,656,939 members. Re-read on 25 October 2026, the API reported 9,333,146,757 visits, 8,622,918 favourites and 1,184,046 players online, and the group had 106,591,517 members. Those figures are snapshots; they change every minute and we do not chart them.

Entries are added when a source in the register documents a change: the Roblox API's 'updated' timestamp for game updates, the wiki's page revisions for content. We re-read both on a schedule and note the read date on every page. We do not add entries from Discord screenshots, videos or other fan sites, and we do not predict dates.

As of 13 September 2026 the community wiki held 171 main-namespace pages, of which 128 are pet infoboxes, and reported 810 total pages, 168 articles, 1,468 edits and 103 active users. The infoboxes cover eleven zones of eight pets, seventeen Rift pets and twenty-three event pets. The newest zone, Angels & Demons, had a page but no infoboxes for its sixteen named pets. Thirty-five infoboxes have no grow time, one (Bladehide) has no usable income figure, and the 2x growth speed pass has no legible price.

A wiki edit date is when a volunteer wrote the change down, not when the developers shipped it. The Rift Event page was created on 6 September 2026 and edited on the 7th and 9th, while the Roblox 'updated' timestamp we read on 13 September said 12 September; the API keeps only the latest timestamp, so it cannot date the Rift's launch. Where this log gives a wiki date it says so, and where it gives a Roblox date it says that.

On 13 September 2026 the open items were Angels & Demons pet infoboxes, the 35 missing grow times, Bladehide's income, the 2x growth speed pass price, whether the Rift event has an end date and whether any trading system exists. By the 12 October 2026 read three had closed: all eighteen Angels & Demons pets have a rarity and income (from infobox pages or the zone page's cards), Bladehide's infobox lists $750k/s with a 9-minute grow, and the Gamepasses page prices the 2x growth pass at 467 Robux. Still open: what the 21 October and 24 October 2026 updates contain, grow times missing from many infoboxes, end dates for the Rift and Dr. Scramble events, and any trading system. Each will be added to the relevant page the day a register source documents it, with the date.

Angels & Demons moves the ceiling: the 20B gate is the new endgame target, and its Divines ArchAngel and World Burner ($5B/s each) out-earn every pet from the eleven earlier zones. The Rift event adds a second progression loop that runs on a 30-minute clock alongside the five-minute nest cycle, and it is the source of Fractured mutations; its top pet, Shattered Colossus at $3.5B/s, is now out-earned by the Angels & Demons Divines and by limited-egg pets such as Skeletal Sabertooth ($9B/s). The Sakura, feeding and Dr. Scramble events explain four of the mutations you will never roll from a normal egg. The removed Reels feature explains a gap you may see in older videos. And because the game keeps changing (the Roblox timestamp moved again on 24 October 2026), every page here carries a read date.

The wiki's main page was created on 15 August 2026. Between 26 August and 12 September it added the system pages this site relies on: Boosts, Eggs and Mutations (26 August), Pets (30 August), Area and Gamepasses (2 September; Area was moved to Biomes on 20 September), Rift Event (6 September) and Angels & Demons (12 September). Its Updates page numbers six updates through Dr. Scramble's Laboratory but dates none of them, and the Roblox 'updated' timestamp is a single point, not a pattern; the API keeps only the latest. The Update 5 notes say 'Next week's update is MASSIVE', which is the closest thing to a schedule the record holds; this log does not turn that into a weekly update day.

Discord announcements we cannot verify, countdown timers, leaked pet lists, and anything phrased as 'players report'. The cost of leaving them out is that this page is sometimes a day behind; the benefit is that nothing on it has to be retracted. When a change is documented by the Roblox API or by a wiki revision with a visible edit history, it goes on the table above with that date and that source, and a note is added to the page it affects — the zones page for a new zone, the pets hub for new infoboxes, the codes page if a code system ever appears.
